Privacy notice

The British PC Doctor (Doha, Qatar) stores only the information you provide so that Phil can reply to your enquiry — your name, email, optional phone number, area in Doha, and the description of the problem you submit.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange any agreed support work.
• To keep an internal record of work done for you.

Limited anti-abuse processing

To protect this site from automated abuse, we temporarily store a one-way hash of the IP address that submits a form or message, along with the action name and a short time window. Raw IP addresses are never written to the database, and the hashed records are automatically deleted shortly after their window expires.

What we do not store

Please do not include passwords, banking details, or other sensitive financial information in any enquiry. The AI assistant is instructed to refuse such information, and the contact form asks you to confirm the same.

Attachments

Any photos you attach are stored privately. Attachments that are not linked to a completed enquiry within 24 hours are automatically deleted from storage.
